SPRING PICKENS FLEA MARKET TRIP

Extra early alarm this morning as we are headed south down the mountain to the Pickens Flea Market.
I got chores done while daughter did some work on the computer she needed to finalize her house details and then we were ready to go. Daughter took today off work to make the trip with us.
The market was crowded today with sellers and customers when we arrived.

IR was taking all the activity in and enjoying people watching !!
Daughter, hubbie and I found treasures and we also lucked up to get to the bread and coffee salesmen early for good stocks on these items.
It got hot quickly with the sunshine and 80's temperatures and IR konked out for a good nap while riding around.
Hubbie and IR found a shady spot while daughter and I made the full circle of the sellers..
We finished up as all the vendors were packing up and headed up the road to have lunch at Arbys.        IR was perked up and ready for lunch when we got inside in the cool air conditioning.

We made it home around 3:00 and unloaded all our treasures. This is my treasure trove.

I think RL will love this little desk and chair I got for $5.And daughter actually had more than I did as she had found a lot of things for IR .
She fed IR then they left and hubbie and I rested for a little while before choretime.
I noticed the upper pasture is filling with the pretty blooms of the yellow buttercups in all this sunshine.

I did chores and then spent the evening watching Survivor on TV, doing weekly paperwork and getting bills paid and icing cakes.
Thankful for a wonderful blessed day and for the traveling mercies of our trip.
God Bless and Good Night
